Kim Laing is a Midwestern girl, though and through, and has a pretty diverse background. With an education in journalism, a few years' experience in public relations, a wealth of experience acquired from being a stay-at-home mom, and working with students who have academic and behavioral challenges for ten years, she thought now is a great time to add podcaster and blogger to her credentials.

We have a rich history, interesting people, amazing destinations, great food, and yes, farms! She has a passion for sharing these stories, providing a little background on the often mocked and underestimated American Midwest.
